Psychological support that begins with understanding

Support shaped around you

You may be seeking help with a long-standing concern, a recent change, a difficult experience or a period of uncertainty. You may also simply want space to understand yourself better and think about what comes next.

Areas of support may include:

  • Anxiety, stress and feeling overwhelmed.
  • Trauma and difficult life experiences.
  • Relationship and family concerns.
  • Life transitions, identity and personal growth.
  • Work-related pressure, leadership and professional responsibilities.
  • Ongoing wellbeing and self-understanding.

During your initial appointments, Trish will take time to listen, understand the context around what is happening and work with you to develop priorities and goals over time.

Parent-focused consultations can help when a child’s behaviour feels confusing, intense or difficult to manage.

Support may involve making sense of patterns and triggers, understanding emotions and developmental differences including neurodivergence, navigating school or family difficulties, and developing responses that support connection, regulation and family wellbeing.

The focus is not on finding a single “right” way to parent. It is on understanding your child and family and developing approaches suited to your circumstances.

Psychological support begins with understanding your circumstances, what matters to you and what you would like to be different.

You do not need to arrive with a clear reason, a particular goal or the right words. Just bring yourself and we can take it from there together.

You do not need a referral to request an appointment. If you are seeking a Medicare rebate, your GP can discuss whether a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral are appropriate for you.
